Shipping Policy

Welcome to Clare Forgie Art! Please read the following shipping policy carefully. By purchasing artwork from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly during the order process.
  • If there is a delay in processing your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly providing you give us your email address and mobile phone number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic UK Shipping via Royal Mail: 

  • Standard Shipping: Parcels up to A3 and tubes for larger prints are £15.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days and arrival times will vary depending on customer location.

International Shipping:  

  • Rates are calculated based on destination and size/weight of the package.
  • Guide prices: US, Australia is £25; Europe (mainland) and Republic of Ireland is £20.
  • International delivery typically takes 2 weeks, depending on the carrier and destination country.

*Note*: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.  

  • Prints: Shipped flat or in sturdy tubes, depending on size.
  • Original Artwork: Shipped with protective wrapping and reinforced packaging to prevent damage.  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • We cannot declare purchases as "gifts" to avoid these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). 

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged:  

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
  3. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund (if applicable).  

We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of artwork, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
